DR. JOE OKEI ODUMAKI BAGGED LAUREL AWARD

DR JOE ADORNED WITH THREE AWARD LAURELS IN A DAY TO MAKE HER LIST OF AWARDS 560.

A team of the representatives of Nigeria Youth Advocacy for Good Governance, ably led by her National Coordinator, Comrade Alabi Akeem and the Secretary General, Comrade Faruk Musa, today, 28th March, 2019, visited the secretariat of Women Arise and Centre for Change to present an Award of 'Icon of Humanitarian Excellence' on behalf of their organization.

In the presentation of the 558th Award to Dr Joe on her list of Awards, Comrade Alabi reeled out some of the rare stuff of the recipient that have endeared her to millions of sound minds around the world, which includes her immense contributions to the development of Democracy in Nigeria, Service to humanity, Leadership dexterity, uncommon selfless interest and care for humanity, to mention but a few of her rare virtues.

In her remarks, Dr Joe expressed her profound appreciation and high sense of fulfillment to acknowledge that the world is actually taking note of the contributions that she is making in her little way to make the world a better place for humanity, saying, “whatever we do for humanity is eternal while what we do for personal glory is vanity.” She said.

These various recognitions are highly appreciated because money cannot buy them.
